We’re Hiring: Technical Support Specialist | Sawaftech

Location: Damscus, Syria
Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid (Office + Remote)
 

🔹 Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist at Sawaftech, you will be the front line of communication with our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients to understand their technical issues and provide immediate solutions when possible
  • Troubleshooting problems that can be resolved without code modification
  • Documenting bugs and technical issues clearly and reporting them to the development team
  • Responding to and managing support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • ⁠Experience using remote collaboration tools like Any Desk, Team Viewer, RDP Client, VoIP, etc.
  • Experience using support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid (in-office + remote) environment
  • Knowledge in IT equipment sales and support, including: servers, computers, networks, surveillance cameras, and smart devices
  • Knowledge in Software products, such as: websites and mobile applications, accounting and management systems (e.g., Al-Ameen, ERPNext)
