We’re Hiring: Salesperson | Sawaftech

Location: Damscus, Syria
Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid (Office + Remote)
 

🔹 Job Description:
As a Salesperson at Sawaftech, you will play a key role in driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Presenting and demonstrating our software products and services
  • Gathering client requirements and communicating them effectively to the technical team
  • Preparing tailored technical and financial proposals
  • Following up with leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in software or IT solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge in IT equipment sales and support, including: servers, computers, networks, surveillance cameras, and smart devices
  • Knowledge in Software products, such as: websites and mobile applications, accounting and management systems (e.g., Al-Ameen, ERPNext)
