Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs for various purposes, including logos, stationeries, brochures, brand guidelines, social media content, ads banners, and UI/UX designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and user experience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and impactful logos, stationeries, brochures, and other marketing materials that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
- Design engaging and effective social media content, including banners, posts, and ads, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conceptualize and design eye-catching banners and ads for online campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for our digital products and platforms.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics for both digital and print media.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple design projects and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) working as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on branding, UI/UX design, and digital marketing materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including logos, branding materials, brochures, social media content, ads banners, and UI/UX designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual identity.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while also accepting constructive feedback and making revisions as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design.
- Professional certification in Graphic Design or related field.
